Nike Training is giving the new and fully Nike+ enabled Nike LunarTR1+ Sport Pack the Oregon treatment. The University of Oregon plays an important role in Nike’s history, so the school often inspires special colorways of Nike products. In this case, it’s an “Oregon Ducks” version of this men’s training shoe.

The Nike Training team worked with the University of Oregon and Nike Creative Director Todd Van Horne on scripting the Ducks’ season. The green enabled color was chosen to match certain games and certain uniform combinations.

The Nike LunarTR1 also features Nike+ sensors inside to measure how hard, fast and often you train, and the Nike+ Training app turns your workout into a game. You can also sync the recorded data with your phone to challenge and compare your progress with friends—sporting your Ducks pride all the while.
